Our homeowner came to us with her Pinterest Boards and inspirational images that gave us a clear idea of the aesthetic she is looking to achieve – Historical Charm. Coordinating the interior and exterior selections is a detailed process to ensure our client’s inspiration is brought to life in her own home.

Creating a style guide from your inspiration photos is a great way to hone in on the colors and materials you are looking to coordinate throughout your home.
THE CONCEPT
Floor Plan
With our homeowner running her own business, having the perfect home office layout was key. Located at the front of the home, the office space has its own separate door to the covered porch which allows our homeowner to have her clients enter directly into her office. Proper storage was another element we had to incorporate. Custom built-ins and a staircase to a lower level storage room gave our homeowner the perfect amount of space for her samples and displays.
