Start Dreaming and Pinning. Share with us all the photos you collected from late night photo searches. We will collaborate with you to learn about your style, needs, and wants in your home. These photos you collect whether online or from magazine cutouts are very helpful for our team to learn what is important to you.
As well as collecting photos come visit with us at our model homes. We always stay up on the latest trends in design to keep you inspired. Our model homes also help gain perspective on the room sizes and overall size of the home that is comfortable for you.
Find Your Lot 1-4 weeks
Finding your lot or teardown can be the hardest part – We are here to help. Once you identify a property we will evaluate the property for building your home prior to you purchasing the lot. As part of our conceptual research we will calculate the site development costs for you so you have a complete picture of what your investment will be.
Meet with the Bank 1 week
We have several banks that we work with that specialize in doing New Construction loans. Depending on whether you are looking for a 30 year fixed rate, low downpayment, jumbo loan, and or lowest rate we can help guide you to the bank that offers the best program for your needs.
This is when the fun begins! Your design team at Old World will meet with you to review your budget and ideas and from there will finalize the layout to create a custom conceptual plan.
As part of our conceptual design process we will create a 3D flythrough of your new plan so you can see the conceptual plan come to life on your lot.
Finalize 2-3 weeks
Your OWC team will work on completing the construction plans from our red lined 3D Model and finalize the building quote. We will review with you a timeline of the permitting and construction process. We will be present you with the finalized building plans and construction agreement to turn into the bank and start the permitting process.
Customize 4 months (In Tandem with Build)
Our team collaborates with you on everything they learned from your design style during the initial conceptual design phase. We will assist you in selecting finishes, customization’s, and options in during this phase.
Build 6 – 9 months
Your home is built by our team of expert craftsmen and overseen by your OWC Project Manager. You will have access to our online portal during construction to stay up to date on the construction schedule, selections, digitally sign off on change orders, and to always see a total of your Home’s price with any changes or upgrades you have made.
Orientation 2 weeks
Now all the details are coming together! Several weeks before move in we do a final orientation walkthrough with you to discuss the operation of the mechanical systems and custom features in your home. We also check to make sure everything is meeting your expectations and we can make final adjustments prior to your move in.
Move in Day is Finally Here! Your house has been cleaned and final pre-inspection has been done prior to move in.
Even after your move in your support at Old World Classics doesnt stop. We have a dedicated warranty and service team that is ready to assist you post move in.
