1. The Edenton in Pepper Pike, Ohio
Located on a 1 acre wooded lot this home is tucked into the hillside offering a private escape close to downtown Cleveland. The Old World Design team thought of every detail in this impressive fully decorated model home.

2. Custom Home in Lakewood, Ohio
This fully custom home was built in Lakewood perched above the shores of Lake Erie! After visiting the lot it was clear to our team that the view of the Cleveland skyline in the backyard was going to play an important role in the floor plan design. The moment you walk through the front door you are greeted with a jaw-dropping view through the two-story windows.
We asked our homeowner where her favorite spot in the house was. She responded with “the second floor deck” and we can agree it is the perfect spot to start your day watching the sunrise over the Cleveland Skyline.
3. The Millbrook in Cleveland, Ohio
Originally one of our Model Homes in the Beachwood area, this house is now where a wonderful family calls home. When the Old World Design Team decided to build our first Model Home in Cleveland we wanted to take classical design elements and put a unique twist on them. In the kitchen, you will find a modernized pantry larder with gorgeous glass doors perfect for food storage with style.
