When we met with our owners they had a very clear vision that they wanted a casual farmhouse that was designed around the needs of their family. They had previously talked with several other builders and had worked with an architect on a design. However, when they took the designs to be quoted it was far over the budget they had planned. It also had some areas of the design that weren’t exactly what they had envisioned. Andrew met with them and listened to all the concepts.
