Our consultation is completely free.
We are only set up to design plans that we build. We are currently building throughout Northeast Ohio.
Generally our homes range between $300,000 and $600,000 for the build costs excluding the cost of land.
We generally like to start design when you are ready to build now or within a year. Usually when you look out longer than a year there can be things that change with your needs, design trends, and building codes which will affect the design.
Yes, absolutely. We can look at the lots with you so that we can give you accurate site costs and help you avoid any potential issues. We can also help you wrap the purchase of the land and home construction into one loan.
